At Abhyudaya Trust, we deeply value your support. This policy outlines the conditions under which we may issue a refund for donations received via our website or other channels.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

As a non-profit organization, we generally do not refund donations. However, a refund may be considered if:

• The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate transaction).
• Unauthorized use of your payment card or account was proven.
• There is a valid legal reason requiring the refund under applicable Indian laws.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your donation with:

• Your full name and email address.
• Date of donation and amount donated.
• Transaction reference number (if available).

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
